Terms and Conditions Cancellation before ride is dispatched If a booking request is cancelled by the User before the request is dispatched, no cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation after the ride has been dispatched If the booking request is cancelled due to a no show after the request is dispatched, a cancellation fee applies which includes gas, wait time of 25% of fare and any processing fee applied.
